It gives me immense pleasure to announce that a web site of our society is being launched as an endeavour to enter onto the digital era.
We all know “A stich in Time saves Nine”. So, the need of the hour is “Change with the Time”.
We will gradually& systematically enter into a transition phase by converting all the activities of our Society from physical to Digital mode.
Adequate man power with a professional attitude & efficient management of financial activities are key to success &also to take forward any organizations to its logical conclusion& ours is no exception to this.
In this backdrop & considering the constraints of adequate man power of our society & also to keep pace with the fast-paced technological paradigm shift to cope up with the man power constraints, now onwards our all financial & other relevant activities will be on the Digital Platform.

We are going to take up the following activities with immediate effect:
1. Introduction of financial management software to take care of all our financial transactions including digital ae well as physical.
2. App based billing system where bills can be paid through Payment gateway like Bill Desk with options like Debit Card/Credit card/G-pay /online etc. via Mobile App just like “My Bijulee” App & other similar Apps& upon successful payment invoice will be generated instantly.
3. Development of Web Portal of the Society. Once the web site is hoisted officially payments of bills can also be made through web portal like Mobile App.
4. This web portal will also act as a repository for all sorts of documents of the Society.

Advantages of transition from Physical mode to Digital mode:
1. Involvement of Man Power to handle the financial activities of Society will be bare minimum.
2. Considering the constraint of man power in our Society in handling the day-to-day affairs concerning financial activities, arrangement of outsourcing to man allthese activities will be the one of the options in future.
3. We can store all sorts of documents of the society through the web portal, a repository, for easy access to the same by the members which will nullify the dependence on others to get the required documents during the time of need.
4. On complete transition, manning of the activities of the society will be much simpler, transparent & efficient.
